Within 24 hours of taking the GreenZymes, I could feel and hear (in my breathing) a definite difference in how my body was reacting to the GreenZymes. It's been over two years now and I'm happy to report I am still allergy shot, prescription and inhaler free. I use the GreenZymes twice a day, and keep a few extra packets in my purse. When I get into a situation where the grass has been freshly mowed, or the cottonwood is particularly heavy, and I need an extra "hit", I just empty part of a packet under my tongue and let it dissolve.
